Nicole Crutcher is a 20+ year veteran of the Health and Life insurance industries. She is a legacy agent who grew up in the family business and worked side by side with her father, Jerry DiTullio, as her mentor.
Nicole has spent her career focused on employee benefit strategies for both large and small companies, with offices all over the world. Her breadth of experience includes strategy and project management for clients with complex situations like merging benefits packages in multiple states, selling companies and transitioning employees to new plans, covering expats in international offices and executive class benefits.
Today, Nicole utilizes her benefits expertise specifically for professional individuals, business owners and small business clients located in California. These particular markets have unique rules and require her specialized knowledge and understanding.
Nicole attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
